Due to Canadian Postal strikes, I will not be accepting orders for Canada until strikes are over. Currently there is no specific date to let me know when this will be.
Or if you wish to order anyway, please bear in mind I will hold back your items until it is safe to ship out your orders again.*
Christmas Shipping deadlines //
Domestic (UK) -16th Dec
Europe - 9th Dec
Everywhere else - 5th Dec*
Made-to-order Skull Rings for personal sizes also have specific deadlines in which I will be able to have enough time to get your ring sized up especially for you. These dates are early in order to ship them out in time for christmas as well as the fact that jewellery manufacture at this time of year is extremely busy. Dates shown below.

My shop does not officially close after these deadlines and orders may still be taken, however they will be held back and will be shipped within the new year.
Shipping Info //
All shipping is done by Royal Mail first class standard post from London and will be shipped within 3-7 working days from date of order. This does not include a tracking number unless stated in the product info. Shipping costs may vary dependant on which products are purchased due to parcel size and weight. Shipping times will also vary due to destination. Please note unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of parcels sent by this method. Please be aware that shipping can also take longer during holiday seasons or if there is any type of customs delay.
Refunds & Returns Policy //
Due to being a small company selling limited runs of designs, unfortunately I am unable to accept returns, cancellations or offer refunds. Please make sure you are definite and final in your purchases.
Exchanges in sizes for garments (where different sizes can be offered and are not sold out) may be considered but if you are unsure about sizing please contact me first for enquires. If you are unsure about anything else, please contact me first before making any undecided purchases. I always want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order so I am always here to help and answer any questions :)
Pre-Order Items //
Pre-ordered items due to their nature cannot be refunded or exchanged especially after the given deadline. This means the pre-ordered items will have already been ordered and possibly shipped out. Please bear this in mind when ordering these types of items.

Please be assured that all your personal information is kept private and confidential, exclusively between you (the buyer) and me. At no point will it be shared with a third party.

We accept payment via Paypal. We are working on offering bank payments in the future.

Yes! I do sometimes take commissions depending on my current work load.
